That depends on how many notifications you receive in 10 minutes. A busy email 
thread, for example, could very well fill up your screen.

Yes, we could make that change.

I suspect the notification log will be a better solution. You'll be able to let 
the notifications disappear while you're gone and look them over when you 
return.
