No, it isn't, your first time was a scant week ago. However, you
failed to respond the request for further information. Generally,
people won't those who won't assist. From what I can see in the
thread, Growl seems to be installed. But "doesn't work" is not useful
to people trying to help you. If you are no going to be bothered with
helping us help you, why should we bother with trying?

According to the limited information you presented in your last
thread, Growl is installed. You never responded to what happened when
you ran the preview test (or if you did). Prowl's installer not
working is a problem with Prowl; not Apple, and not Growl. The first
response was within 0 minutes, and your last was within 40 minutes of
the your first post. You were asked for specific information in order
to assist you, and _you_ bailed. If Growl is installed (as your only
reply indicated), and the preview test shows up, then your issue is
solely with the folks behind Prowl.

You did *not* send "different reports and computer details and
diagnostics" to the Growl list. If you are willing to help the people
here help you with determining if your Growl installation is complete
and functional, then they can help you with that. However, you will
still need to talk to the company behind Prowl - not Growl and not
Apple as neither are involved with that product's installer. Expecting
"Growl" or Apple to do something about a product offered by someone
else would be like complaining to Chevy that the seat covers you
bought from BMW for your Ford don't fit; and expecting Toyota to fix
the problem.
