I'm not sure what you're fishing for... how does this not illustrate a
valid use case? the point is, as this user i have no recourse to set
the duration of my "important incoming message" notification longer
than my "how many emails you've gotten in the last 5 minutes"
notification. aside from making it sticky, which is not desirable.
