The only LIbrary/Mail is in my user's home directory, so it is local.

GrowlMail notifications to not work at all after a reboot, but other
Growl notifications work just fine. I tried rerunning the UUID
scripts, but that did not work. Not until I stopped Mail.app, removed
GrowlMail out of the Growl application listing, and restarted Mail.app
did I start getting notifications again.
