I don't know about that, but you're not the first person to request this, so we
know at least that there are many users who want it.
I've opened a ticket for further discussion of merits both of the feature in
general and of specific possible implementations:

All users who want this feature should star that ticket, and ideally should
make their case for the feature and how they think it should work and why.
