The disk image containing the installer package is available from the front page. What is the front page? The uninstaller is a separate application; neither System Preferences nor the future Growl application needs to be open for the uninstaller to work. I'm getting your idea, but since I can't find Growl anywhere, would you please suggest something? After I finally Uninstall, I want to re-install because I'm so intrigued with the Discussions Help.
