I removed SIMBL and turned off 1Password.  Result is the same; Safari
crashes on launch if GrowlSafari is running:

I'm wondering: I said that I started failing after I cleared caches. I
believe I also had the kernel cache rebuilt. Perhaps ASR kicked in,
shifting something around in the address space?
