Well, my purpose is to make Skype talk when I receive a message that is: "contact name says: message content". Another guy i know, managed to do that Today, when I started system preferences and selected Growl, it showed me up Skype. I just told it Configure, and set the option Speech, on all notifications regarding received messages but it does not speak! I am totally blind, and use the voiceover functionality on Lion operating system. Skype does not read message content, it just says "received message from *name" and i just heard Growl could solve my trouble so here i am maybe I must disable all speech notification of the traditional Skype settings?
