We're hitting this with a few people. Basically if you already purchased it, Apple will not charge you again. Click the buy button, and then once you log in Apple will notify you that you already purchased and ask if you would like to download again free of charge.
The iOS app store works like this as well by the way, in case you were wondering. I hope this helps.
