The prefpane will not be returning. Growl is now an application. This is for multiple reasons:
1) They are not allowed in the app store. 2) It reduces the amount of complication within Growl dramatically. 3) It reduces the amount of code we have to maintain dramatically. 4) It's less confusing for some users.
