"Hide all notifications" checkbox: unchecked
Default starting position for notifications: top-right

"Network" tab:

"Listen for incoming notifications" checkbox: checked
"Allow remote application registration" checkbox: checked
"Server Password" field: [blank]
"Forward notifications to other computers" checkbox: unchecked

At the bottom of the "Network" tab, it says:

Firewall Settings:
Network notifications use TCP port 23052 and UDP port 9887 for
communication.
