I didn't have any issues for the first few days, but now my Growl notifications from Sparrow are caching and I'm getting them intermittently. For example, 2-3 emails will come in and then randomly I'll be notified that I have 2-3 emails. I contacted Sparrow's support and they eventually said that it sounds like a Growl issue.
