iTunes doesn't natively support growl, so you need an intermediary to do the 
talking between. 
there are a couple, the simplest probably being GrowlTunes, which you can 
currently find in the extras folder on the Growl 1.2.2 dmg (download here: 
http://growl.info/downloads)
