I have Lion 10.7.2 and Growl 1.3.1 installed. I had the previous version of Growl which I have unistalled using the uninstaller I found on the website. I have also deleted manually the files listed in the website.
Growl 1.3.1 simply doesn't work with any application except Skype, whose notifications are not under my control through Growl preferences. Skype keep sending me notifications even if I turn growl off or remove it from the system. There are no applications listed in the preferences panel. I have already run the version detective software trying to fix the framework. I have also the latest version of dropbox. I have simply lost 2 dollars and 2 days for an application that doesn't work and just bothers me with continuous popups because of my Skype contacts going offline or online every two seconds.
