I'm sure everyone would agree that 1.3.x is currently less functional than 1.2.x and that it could have done with an extra round of user testing before being released. Add to the mix that people are now expected to pay for it, and you can understand their frustration. At least one person has been banned from this group for being abusive - I hope the moderators encourage you to tone down your responses in the same vein.
