GrowlTunes is on the 1.2.2 of growl disk image under extras and it does
work with iTunes
10.5.1 (used it my self)  iTunes has no built in support for growl, but
GrowlTunes will work

GrowlMail is a separate project now and does work w/ 10.7.3
