I'm running what I hope to see as the final beta for 1.3.2 tonight. If the stuck notification issue is resolved, then I'm submitting that to the app store. We have other fixes in store as well, not including the fix for the problem you're talking about. I believe there may be some memory fixes, but you'll need to confirm that once 1.3.2 is out.
