Hi, same issue here, except when I notice the fan is running harder than usual and click on the growl icon, it crashes and disappears. Growl 1.3.1, OS X 10.7.2, Safari 5.1.1, basics matte display style, and there are about 60 apps listed under growl settings, so I'd rather not type them all out unless you really need it. I also have a Console crash report, and I'm probably missing something, but I don't see an attach option here. Thanks!
