Yeah, I know. Previously I had some alert windows showing up if Growl
was not installed or not running, and this broke when people upgraded
to 1.3 (it returned NO because it couldn't detect the new Growl), so
I've removed that. I only want to leave some kind of unobtrusive info
that tells you what Growl is and that you might want to install it for
better configuration features (e.g. I don't like the default style in
Mint, I always use "Smoke"), in case you don't know about it yet or
you don't know it's not running / not compatible.
