Uninstalled the old version before paying and downloading the MAS version. Despite checking the preferences, Growl still does not work with Hazel or Skype or Mail in Lion. Nada.
Searched for old versions of Growl, none. Ran the uninstall program and reloaded the MAS version again. Still nothing. Am very unhappy, as previously the free version had worked nicely for years, even in Lion.
