That's because they actually included the framework *in*
Firefox/Thunderbird as a built-in. There are benefits and downsides to
doing it that way. The biggest one being that you can't simply drop in a
fixed framework.

They have this fixed as far as I understand it, but I'm not sure what
version will have the fix in it.
