I have the CPU usage issue and I do not run Skype or Adium. My
overnight running apps are:

Dropbox
Hazel
iScrobbler
NetNewsWire
Twitter

It does not seem to be related to Notifications or the Scroll as the
problem occurs even when no notifications are sent.
