I see, glad you got it working. As a note, my advice about adding admin to 
growl.app w/ read/write permissions makes no difference in launchd getting 
written. It is all about toggling to get it working. I had GrowlLauncher 
showing up in my launchctly list for a couple restarts but it has reverted 
to it's old ways. For some reason, maybe non-growl related, launchd seems 
to dump Growl from it's list but not any other app. I have been doing my 
maintenance like repairing permissions, reseting LS with Onyx as well. Oh 
well, launchd and growl are simply not going to work for me. My final fix 
has been to turn off start at login and use an applescript to launch 
Growl.app at login. If others have the same problems as me let me know and 
I'll share the applescript. Sucks, but at least it works.
