I have Growl 1.4 configured to show notifications in the upper right corner
of my display. Most of the time, I have my MBP (1440 x 900) connected to
an external monitor (1920 x 1200), and the external monitor is configured
as my primary display. Everything works as expected when the external
monitor is connected. When I disconnect the external monitor and my laptop
screen becomes my primary display, the notifications appear about halfway
down on the right side, not in the upper corner. If I receive multiple
notifications, they tile starting about half way down. It's as if the top
half of my screen is unrecognized by Growl. When I reconnect my external
monitor, everything is back to normal. I don't recall this happening prior
to 1.4. Is this happening to anyone else?
