The switches to have Growl load on startup and integrate with the Notification Center do not work in my installation of Growl 2.0. They are both stuck in the "Off" position.
I had been using Hiss to send Growl notifications to the Notification Center. I have since completely removed it from my system in case there was a conflict, but Growl still seems not to work.
