Just for the record, I'm seeing the same on a network call: 2013-10-26 13:08:47.113 growlnotify[37199:f07] We failed to notify after succesfully registering
10.9, growlnotify 2.1, Growl 2.1.2 on both machines. I _was_ getting the initial steps on every launch, but that seems to have gone away since the official 10.9 release, for whatever reason.
