i currently have 16 (205/45) inch wheels on my stock suspension GSR. I have recently looked into some 17's (buddy club P1s, tit. silver for my champagne colour GSR) These would have 215/40 tyres on them. Would I have to lip the guards if i get these. In the future I may also consider lowering it (only a small amount,say 2-3 cm ?)
If the 17's are going to be require body work, I wont want them. I also load my car up on long trips, and don't want any rubbing. If so, i'll stick with the same size as i currently have.
