Cat-back is all noise and looks. You might pick up 2-3kw MAX.
For stealth, IMO do the front/dump/high-flow-cat or testpipe. Then leave the 
stock exhasut as a cat-back and along with a drop-in filter and get your flash 
re-tuned you'll be flying!
