There's a mismatch between the job you showed and the log you  
showed.  Your job had uuid 38dc5d40-35c1-11dc-a9cb-0030482fcc18, but  
you showed a log for job 4b56da00-3593-11dc-af1a-f89ddc615c96.

If you want to see more details, open $GLOBUS_LOCATION/container- 
log4j.properties, search for GRAM, then uncomment the line that has  
GRAM debug logging.  Restart the container, and you'll get a lot more  
details about what's going on inside the job.
