Ian
Thank you for the offer of help. One of the first things I would like to do
is to write a Scavenger that queries Globus index service for a lost of
available grid services in a container. I would then like to populate the
left hand top column (Available Processors list) in the workbench. The list
essentially contains all the services listed here:
https://cagrid-portal.nci.nih.gov/portal/servicesDirectory.portal

Then I would like to invoke a service from the taverna worbench, Right now I
am looking at the BioMoby sources in taverna 1.6 snapshot for some hints and
learning maven build structure ( i don't understand it fully yet). Any help
in pointing me in a right direction to do what i described above will be
appreciated.

Thanks
