Tried their mailing lists and they appear dead! Any contact emails?
Attempting to use this on a windows box and get the following message
when downloading->

They just got back from summer vacation. They've updated their wiki
at <http://dev.globus.org/wiki/Incubator/SGGC> with their download
and manual, and have put their source code into our CVS. I assume
this also means that their mailing list is ready to answer questions
about the package.
