Steve,
The name of the file etc/globus_wsrf_mds_index/rp-provider-config.xml
is not a constant, but it is configured in the file
$GLOBUS_LOCATION/etc/globus_wsrf_mds_index/server-config.wsdd
so look there to find out the file name.

What does your $GLOBUS_LOCATION//etc/globus_wsrf_mds_index/rp-

Nonexistent.
I checked: there is nothing in our setup that would write to this
file.
Where/how/why is it created?
I assume there's going to be an ExternalProcessElementProducer that
runs one of the ganglia commands to get the XML input that it passes
to $GLOBUS_LOCATION/etc/globus_wsrf_mds_usefulrp/ganglia_to_glue.xslt
So I would try running the command listed in the rp-provider file by
hand to see if there's something obvious about the output that has
changed. If not, I would put it into a file and try running the XSLT
on it using xsltproc.
Is this rp-provider file different from the
rp-provider-config.xml file?
Thanks!
