I run this :
grid-proxy-init -verify -debug
it runs fine
after this when i do the foll :
globus-url-copy gsiftp://choate.mcs.anl.gov/etc/group
file:///tmp/bacon.test.copy
nothing happens
My question is what is supposed to happen. I know no message comes or
anything but physically what happens.
If some file should be created somewhere , then where ?Because i do not see
anything happening in my case.
Also what should i do so that the above command runs.
As a troubleshooting , it asks to do (to run the server) :
telnet localhost 2811
but i do not have telnet
so actually, am i supposed to start the server ?? If yes then how ??
Please give whatever solutions possible
