The "Download"  is still not available at the link you mentioned.
What is the procedure to setup a VOMS Server which can generate SAML
assertion?
As you said "Currently, using Globus Toolkit, you can't. SAML", by that do
you mean to say that Globus toolkit 4 cannot consume VOMS SAML assertions??

If I am not wrong you also meant that currently one cannot combine VOMS SAML
assertions and GridShib for GT attributes?
