Have you tried the AssessGrid (GT4.0.5) or BEinGRID Negotiation (GT4.0.7) components? I don’t know how much would be needed to adapt them to GT4.2. See a summary and links here: http://www.it-tude.com/sla-negotiation-comparison.html With the BEinGRID SLA4GT4 framework, you get 3 components to manage SLAs: negotiation, evaluation and accounting.
