I had visited those projects' websites but they are finished projects. I'd
like to use something that is been maintained so I could get help from the
community. I'm most interested in WS-Agreement negotiation and evaluation.

It seems the WSAG4J
<http://packcs-e0.scai.fraunhofer.de/wsag4j/index.html>project is been
maintained, but I'm not sure it works with the GT4.2
container or how I could integrate them. The overview in its website
mentions the Apache Muse Framework and the Tomcat container, but I'm
interested in WS-Agreement implementations for grid technology. That's why I
chose Globus Toolkit.
