This should say "hostcert.pem" and "hostkey.pem" for the host certificate and 
private key, respectively.  These should result from following previous 
installation steps to set up the X.509 certificates for your machines.  Each 
such certificate and key pair will be unique to their respective machines.  Be 
sure to set the protections and ownership for each of these files as indicated 
in the instructions.

Your network has to have DNS resolution as indicated in the previous reply your 
received from Lucasz.  If this is a private network, either set a DNS responder 
or manually configure the resolution for all participating hosts in your 
private network, e.g. via settings in your /etc/hosts file.
