The camera works to some degree with current kernels but afaik is was
never supported by qtmoko in userspace. And probably something has to
be updated.

Well, many problems are not really qt specific, so it can be helpful.
So especially any regressions (compared to your v55 with old kernel) are
interesting. Before doing anything more on that, the next step
would be to build with current qt and test there. I probably will start
my build system this evening to do some experiments
