Hi Jim, Perhaps the need is to achieve a tighter integration between the mails and the mGTD.
For instance, if I want to send a mail for a given action, by pressing a button the application could start a new mail form inserting the action contents. Once the mail is sent, the action should be updated by making reference to the mail sent as 'Mail sent:'. On the other way around, given a mail received, I agree with you that it would be useful to: 1. Convert it to a tiddler 2. Start an action out of the mail, so that the mail is automatically referenced as 'Mail received:' Currently, for each new action that I'm starting out of a mail, I will insert the following text on the action body: Mail received: [[mail header]] For each mail that I sent out of an action, I will insert the following text on the action body: Mail sent: [[mail header]] It's just a suggestion, but perhaps by dragging the mail on the action tiddler, the mail could be automatically referenced and (possibly) a tiddler created. However, I'm not a programmer, so it might just end to be an exercise of pure imagination. ;) Kind regards, Jordi.
