I've been using TiddlyWiki to organize various notes for a few weeks, and I've just started browsing the Getting Things Done book. I'm definitely interested in combining the two, but it's difficult to know where to start. Wikipedia alone mentions five different GTD implementations for TW. What's the difference between them? Is there a "preferred" version? Are they compatible with a standard TW, or would I be better off keeping two separate files, one for GTD and one for everything else? What's the difference between MPTW and MonkeyGTD, in particular?
