The easiest way to get started with TagglyTagging is to get an empty file from
http://mptw.tiddlyspot.com/empty.html (right click, save as...) Then if you want it to look like a standard TW, select the MptwStandard theme. Make that theme the default permanently by editing MptwUserConfigPlugin.
