Others can answer this much better, but just maybe it'd be enough to download a copy of a TW from e.g tiddlyspot.com. These come setup for servers, if I understand it right, including uploadplugin etc. Then you import your stuff into that TW. Might have to do some settings under Options. Should at least be a step on the way.
