The link you send talks about about enabling Java in Google Chrome in
GNU/Linux?
"
Just link libnpjp2.so which is in /lib/i386 to /opt/google/chrome/plugins
(you need to create this directory before...)

# mkdir /opt/google/chrome/plugins
# cd /opt/google/chrome/plugins
# ln -s /usr/local/jre1.6.0_17/lib/i386/libnpjp2.so ."

I'm looking at by directories before doing anything and it seems that I have
an empty /opt
and I don't appear to have jre1.6.0_17 installed.
Its a little fuzzy for me here how enabling Java is going to solve my
problem here?
I don't seem to be having the issue with firefox, so I'm a little fuzzy as
to how this is this issue.
(I guess the question is where is the tie-in that this is what's causing the
problem with tiddlywiki and chrome in Ubuntu?)
