That's a Google Docs document, which is a little odd.

Is anybody working on that. It seems to be an essential resource for
translators to ensure that we will in future have some consistency,
though I suspect that many translators will just not specify any
mnemonics at all.

I also doubt that most translators will take the time to consider the
mnemonics for the whole application to avoid clashes. I guess we would
need tools to help them with that.
