Well I can't help it you don't like it. However, I didn't have a windows
installed. Neither did I have a complete mingw build system setup. So yet
it took me some time to install windows and install mingw and make it all
work. Also I wanted to see how much work it would be to adjust metaconfig
/ Configure to work correctly under mingw, well after I found what went
wrong, the changes needed to Configure are minor. They still need to be
done the correct way though.
I am sorry to hear that you don't like it that I took the time to make
things work so I could review correctly to know where the problems were
with a mingw compilation.

I didn't want to answer a question to which I didn't know the correct
answer by then.

However, Raphael took over the job to see how to intergrate this patch
into CVS, so I will stay out of this discussion.
