I've been using the 9.3 stable release since the day after it was released. My version came from using synaptic for the latest apt4rpm download. The name of the RPM is gtk-gnutella-0.93-1suse82.i386.rpm.
The issues I'm having: the application is downloading files I've specificaly prohibted, for example my current search is a TV series. search= series name (one word) rule= if contains "1x" then download rule= if contains "1x12" then don't download I am automaticaly downloading 1x12, I'm assuming the 1x is overriding it. Another related issue. In my global rules I specificaly have mp3s and exes set not to download or even to display. I now have a directory full of "series name theme.mp3" and "series name the game.exe", these were downloaded from a time when I had my filter set to download anything with the series name hoping the global filters would over ride exe's and mp3's. Now that I have the 1x filter in place they don't appear to be in my download list anymore. I did double the exclude rules in both global and search only, that didn't stop it. I like whats been done with the latest version otherwise and have used gtk-gnutella for years. Thank you for the fine product. ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: SF.net Giveback Program. Does SourceForge.net help you be more productive?
