Quoting Haxe <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> from ml.softs.gtk-gnutella.devel: :When I check "Host runs NTP" in the settings dialog, it is correctly :stored in the config_gnet file (host_runs_ntp = TRUE), even after :leaving the program. But when I then restart the program and terminate :it again, it's changed in the config file. So when I start GTKG, it :always assumes FALSE and re-stores this value into the config file. : :Maybe it is simply overridden by the ntpd autodetection?
I checked. Yes, it is overridden when GTKG gets no reply from your NTP daemon. This is normal: if you don't run NTP, you should not set this.
