Hi,

In these days, I'm digging into accelerated key layout that doesn't
work properly, it also brings something an-cool like "Ctl+Q" besides
"Quit" in the menu, in the toolbar character "Q" isn't underscored
properly, thus you can see "_Quit"...

I'm a proponent adding accelerator key by underscored character so
that reduce lines of generated pot file, however it seems these
modifying cause an another problem especially for English user so
far, also I've noticed gtkg isn't always designed as key-operating-
oriented program (there are certain key-conflicting).

I'd think it's a priority matter than benefit of translator, i.e.
in some case it needs to be de-accelerated, therefore some redundancy
has occurred in the pot file like "_Quit" "Quit". And if there is
nobody in the list, I'm willing to try well-considered key assign
(it's not concerned with GUI layout, i.e. widgets arrangement,
additional menu etc.), sometimes needs changing _Settings into
S_ettings at the conflicting case. Well, is there any idea or would
you (the present maintainer, GUI designer) take over? since if key
was assigned reasonable, operation is more smoother & faster in
certain case for somebody. For example the attachment patch enables
popping-up and closing the "About" dialog with C-a C-c simply.

PS. The patch is just workaround to fix "_Quit" in the toolbar
(the class GtkButton under the GtkToolbar doesn't treat underscore
properly while the other GtkButton can treat it well) and minor
modification to have a key assigned explicitly.

Thank you.
