Since glade for GTK+ 1.2 can't handle this properly, it's probably best
if the name is ASCII-fied and then "translated". If Gtk-Gnutella is
compiled without NLS it shouldn't use anything but ASCII. GTK+ 1.2
however will use whatever your current locale settings are, so non-ASCII
strings in the GUI (externally received strings are converted) are
broken unless you incidently use ISO-8859-1 or whatever encoding was
used when generating the source file.
