Thanks, for this fix, I've been keeping my backup since I had noticed
filter brokenness, but your instruction seems not to work and even
on newly created filter, it will be lost per session with the following
warnings (force new-lined) or the like,

(WARNING): Failed to resolve rule 0 in
           "\xE5\x85\xA8\xE8\x88\xAC (\xE5\x89\x8D)":
           missing key 10255a88
(WARNING): Removing damaged ruleset from filter
           (name="\xE5\x85\xA8\xE8\x88\xAC (\xE5\x89\x8D)")

at start-up time.
